Conditions Flights and Overflying

NICE TO KNOW and WILL BE RESUMED BEFORE FLIGHT : PRIVATE PILOT FLIGHT COST SHARE BRIEFING

Hello everybody,

You are welcome here in the installations of a non–profit organisation, not a company just a flight school association instead. Therefore, this involve we are not authorized and we don’t sell any ticket about any commercial flight operation and you could never be considered yourselves as “a passenger” or customer or consumer like you could do with a traditional transport commercial company flight worthy of this name what would be a deeply lack of understanding putting an end to our project.

CONDITIONS: This recall being made, you must consider the reality as you contacted me in my capacity as privatepilot of planeto share some private flight with. It’s why as I’m active member of this organisation who is owner of planes, it is possible for me to rent one for a personal use and share the cost of this flight.

Thus, as we agreed on it, I will be your captain pilot today and welcome you as a “fellow friend flight enthusiast” to share an overflight of our area within the framework of European regulations UE 965/2012 (Airops) Article 6 Subparagraph 4 bis and a) specifying: « (a) cost-shared flights by private individuals, on the condition that the direct cost is shared by all the occupants of the aircraft, pilot included and the number of persons sharing the direct costs is limited to six ».

So the exact « direct cost » i have to pay directly, such you can see it displayed by the owner, will be distributed, like agreed beforehand between all of us occupants of the aircraft.

ABOUT OUR PLANE : If you don’t have other questions I will present our plane :

  • Four-seater, US PIPER company builder, PA28 type, single engine of 180HP consuming 40 l/h, fully equipped for radio communications and navigation, with also a beacon of localization and a modest first aid kit in case of emergency or distress.
  • Six-seater, US PIPER company builder, PA23 type, twin engines of 250HP consuming 50 l/h each, fully equipped for radio communications and navigation, with also a beacon of localization and a first aid kit in case of emergency or distress.

SECURITY : Necessarily like on any aircraft, I also give you some precaution or security instruction essential to know before and during installation on board so that our flight can proceed under good conditions of security and comfort : Mobile phones / Headphones / How to communicate between us / Prohibition to smoke / Belts / Emergency evacuation / Uses of first aid kit and portable localization beacon / Bags vomitory (instructions to use and close).
